These Terms apply to all customers within the European Union and outside the EU who access and/or place orders through www.vvdi.eu.
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products & Professional Use
All products offered on VVDI.EU are intended for professional automotive use.
The Buyer confirms that purchased equipment will be used in accordance with manufacturer specifications and applicable regulations.
3. Prices
All prices displayed on the Website are:

Excluding VAT (unless stated otherwise)

Final pricing is confirmed at checkout.
4. Delivery
4.1 DHL Express – Priority Shipping (Recommended)
VVDI.EU ships worldwide via DHL Express.
European Union:
Delivery within 2–4 business days.
Worldwide:
Delivery time varies depending on destination.

Orders are processed within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 08:00 GMT are dispatched on the next business day.
4.2 Standard EU Shipping (Economy Option)
Available for selected EU destinations.
€15.00 (Excl. VAT) – for orders up to €500 (Excl. VAT)
FREE shipping – for orders above €500 (Excl. VAT)

4.3 Force Majeure
Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond Seller’s control including but not limited to:
War
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Strikes
Natural disasters
Seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel delivery in such cases.
5. Risk & Transfer of Ownership
Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the Buyer.
After dispatch, goods travel at Buyer’s risk.
Any claims for visible damage or shortage must be submitted within 5 days of receipt.
6. Payment Methods

Seller reserves the right to request advance payment if Buyer’s financial responsibility is deemed unsatisfactory.
7. Warranty
All products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from date of purchase.
The warranty applies only if:
The product has been used according to technical specifications
No unauthorized repair or modification has been performed
The product has not been damaged due to misuse, negligence or improper electrical supply
The warranty does NOT cover:
Mechanical damage
Water damage
Fire, flood, lightning
Electrical overload
Normal wear and tear
IRDA CAR reserves the right to determine the validity of each warranty claim.
If the product is confirmed defective under warranty, IRDA CAR may:
Repair the product
Replace the product
Replace with an equivalent model if original is discontinued
8. Warranty Claims Procedure
Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of discovering the defect.
The following information is required:
Product details
Invoice date
Detailed description of the issue
IRDA CAR must be granted access to inspect the product.
9. Limitation of Liability
IRDA CAR Ltd. shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Loss of profits
Business interruption
Consequential damages
Liability is limited strictly to the value of the purchased product.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations.
